The units in Phase I, at 1849 Condos, are located closest to the ski lifts of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. The four-floor building is elevator accessible and features 2-and 3-bedroom condos, a 2,200-square-foot (204 sq. m) penthouse, and covered parking.
You can enjoy lounging at our heated outdoor swimming pool, soaking in one of our three steaming hot tubs, playing on our own private sledding hill or sharing stories around the summer fire pit. 1849 Condos’ recreation area also features a barbecue pit, ping-pong table, lounge with big screen TV and laundry facility with complimentary detergent.
