together or separately This is the upstairs unit with a fully furnished
deck and the unit has a hug patio bottom opening onto the sand. This
unit (the upper unit) offers large balconies on the front and back
with spectacular coastal views of the Newport Pier and Catalina Island.
This unit (top unit) has three bedrooms, two baths, fireplaces and
washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king, the 2nd bedroom has a
queen and the third bedroom has 2 twins. There is plenty of room to
set up an air mattress or two for additional guests. all with two baths, fireplaces and washer and dryer.
The bottom unit with is a 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.
