This 3000-square-foot home is located in the heart of down town HUNTINGTON BEACH - close to Theme Parks on a quite friendly street approximately 1 mile from the beach which is a about a 20 minute walk. You can also rent the electric Gem car Click her to view Gem Car pictures and terms

Every room has a TV with cable (HBO in master bedroom and living room) and the living room has a 52 inch wide high definition wide screen TV with DVD and a fantastic surround sound system built into the ceiling. Our home also offers high speed wireless internet access, with a fax machine and a printer (just bring your lap top) on our beautiful hard wood desk offering a very private work station in the master bedroom. Enjoy unlimited calling in the United States and Canada! Main Street is less a few short blocks away and takes about five minutes walking and runs straight to the Huntington Beach pier. We have prepared a welcome guide with recommendations of where to eat, what limo service to use and more. Suggesting restaurants like the Aloha Gril a downtown Huntington Beach favorite for visitors and locals. Diners can enjoy one of the many Hawaiian specialties and Pacific Rim entrees. Open daily for lunch and dinner.

We are just up the street from the Huntington Beach Hyatt and Hilton if you are here for a convention. Surf City (Huntington Beach) is close to virtually every major visitor attraction in Southern California and is a family-friendly place that's incredibly safe, ranked among the Top Ten Safest Cities by City Crime rankings for decades. The master bedroom has a master bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and Jacuzzi tub (not to be confused with the Jacuzzi in the back yard). 8 Beach cruisers, radio wagon and our Gem car are included with this house! The Gem (electric) car is fantastic for cruising to the beach, to go shopping or out to eat, seats 4 with a locking trunk. To use the Gem car you must fill out the car rental agreement and put down the extra security deposit. Many have found that a ride on the boardwalk form Huntington to Newport beach may just be the highlight of your whole vacation! Everything you need from an evening barbecue to a day at the beach is on the premises including a hot outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach or before you enter the Jacuzzi.

Weather: We have no seasons!! This is Southern California and I can't tell you how many days we have in winter that feels like summer, it just gets cold at night. Summer is summer and around 76-84 degrees during the day and now less than 68 degrees at night, great for sitting on the deck.

Surfing in Huntington Beach -(Surf City) has some of the most consistent waves on the coast and offers great breaks for beginners and experts. Learn to surf at Corky Carols surf school or take a stunning drive down the coast to Newport and Laguna all just minutes away. We are conveniently located near freeway access to get you to all the local theme parks (Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Sea World...) with ease.

Do not miss out on an evening beach bonfire, a night out dancing, or a long ride on our 15-mile-long, ocean view, bike path from Newport to Seal Beach. Business trip? Bring the whole family. Work in peace in the office with phone, Internet, and desk at your disposal. Pier Plaza (walking distance) features FREE outdoor concerts every Sunday during peak season and has many other scheduled events throughout the year. Check the Internet for details.
