There is one queen in another bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the 3rd bedroom. The Living room has a large couch which converts to a sleeper sofa. Fireplace. 46" HDTV in the living room with wireless internet and phone included. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors (no parties, please). To make your beach stay enjoyable, there are beach chairs, bikes (3), beach towels, volleyball, surf boards, Portacrib. 2 car lockable garage. Washer/Dryer. LAX is just 10 minutes away, Disneyland less than an hour and Catalina Island is a great day trip. Hollyood about 30 minutes. Guest Comments...The minute we walked into this house, we felt like we had found that one-in-a-million kind of place. It has a great feel—something that even the pictures can’t fully convey. This is a home with the type of style and taste that my husband and I just adore: Charming, cozy, clean and clutter-free—with a spectacular view and location. And yet, we felt a nice sense of privacy for being on the strand. It absolutely oozes charm with its cottage style, dutch doors, wood floors, wainscoting and finish work; it was meticulously clean and clutter-free; it is fresh and updated with new carpet and paint ; it is incredibly spacious given its coziness. We loved the comfort of the quality beds and bedding. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen (we used it fully, cooking and BBQ-ing each night). The kitchen was great for several of us to be in there prepping foods, cooking at the stove and having plenty of room to move about. When my sisters and mom and dad came to visit, they were oohhing and ahhing over what a cute house it is...And in the evenings, we just loved turning on the Christmas lights and going out on the sand to look back at “the best house on the whole strand.” We felt so privileged to call it “ours”...even if it was just for the time we were there!
